SutiExpenses is a powerful and versatile platform for medium and large business organization to maintain a grip on their finances and expenses. From what we’ve seen, it’s not suited for small offices or freelancers, because it’s too complicated for a professional going solo, and also (and more importantly) because it expects at least nine users.
SutiExpenses has a Windows 10-ish look and feel. To some may remind of Outlook.com, in its flat and squared design: we appreciated it, but we can see why somebody may dislike it.
SutiExpenses has truly a lot of exciting features, ranging from the basics (submit expenses from users to finance administrators, accounting systems integration, tax handling, budget management) to pretty neat functions. We liked the travel booking integration particularly: you can basically book your travel within SutiExpense and get it approved by your manager or director before you spend any money. The platform converts the currency of your expenses automatically and using the correct value from the date your reported on the cost. You can also scan your receipt and include them, the system will OCR and attach them to your report.
For administrators and CFOs, SutiExpense provides a broad range of features to keep your books in check. For example, you can reject specific lines from your employees’ reports, or alert them that they’re exceeding a fixed amount of expenses in a particular category.
SutiExpenses has a neat array of features that can significantly help and improve the work of a CFO in a medium or big sized company.
