The platform is easy to use, even for novice users, and deals automatically with DKIM, ISP throttling, blacklist monitoring, reverse DNS, blocked ports, and feedback loops with biggest international email providers.

You can profit from clear and detailed reports and tracking tool: you’ll be aware of bouncing, opening, unsubscribing, reporting as spam, and much more. SMTP2Go focuses on security: you can choose a password and a username per every email you send and your messages go to the destination without any intermediate leaks while sending. The service setup is easy even for non-tech-savvy users; the tool can be used at both the sender and receiver.

Not sure how this rating system was arrived at but during the time we used this company we were not particularly impressed, either with delivery (see their Twitter feed – some downtime), their responsiveness or actually to the manner of their customer service, which we found ill-mannered and brusque. For a non frills service it may suit some, but the service we transferred to also had add on for tracking, desktop broadcasting software, an online helpdesk that answered instantly and a degree of helpfulness and courtesy, lacking in this business. And (apart from the software which is an additional cost) at a much lower rate than this org.
