First, there is no free for one location for up to 50 contacts as stated in Accurate Reviews. Poor support via chat takes days. There are no real updates to the software. Some very good suggestions lay there for years even though a lot of people request them. No firewall protection through Wild Apricot. Phone App is borderline useless. Anyone that signs up for an event becomes a contact and uses a license so large events may use all your licenses. Pricing goes from 250 to 500. This does not help non profits on a budget with somewhere between 250-500
