Bizimply is a cloud-based workforce scheduling software designed for small and medium-sized businesses. In addition to scheduling, it also manages employee attendance, shifts, timesheets, payroll, and business reporting activities. Bizimply’s scheduling functionality allows managers to create work schedules for teams and individual employees and share shift details with staff in advance. The Timestation feature enables managers to record employee clock-in and clock-out times and calculate actual working hours. To prevent “buddy punching,” the system takes a photo each time a staff member clocks in at the workplace.
The software can also be used to track vacation, leave, and other employee requests.
