Bay-masteR is a workshop management solution that can be implemented both on the cloud and on-premise. This tool allows stores to track inventory, check labor, record payments, access service history and manage a website along with online orders. The solution also offers an integrated margin calculator, which automates auto parts prices while calculating costs, margins and retail values. With the Bay-Master Tech package, stores have access to additional features, such as preventive maintenance guides, digital inspection modules, integration with QuickBooks and a timecard module for invoicing the actual hours worked. In addition, stores are able to send text updates to customers, such as invoice totals, appointment reminders and approved quotes. Support is offered via telephone and an online user manual.
