DUOLINGO: PLATFORM TO LEARN LANGUAGES
Duolingo is a language learning platform that includes a website and an app. As of October 2018, Duolingo offers 81 different language courses in 37 languages. The founders Luis von Ahn and Severin Hacker launched it in 2011 in Pittsburgh. Today, there are over 300 million users. To begin, set up your profile, choose the language you want to learn, set your weekly goals and go. Each course in Duolingo is made up of modules (the circles in the screenshot below) which are grouped together to form skills.
Learning a language can be boring, but with Duolingo’s engaging tutorials it will be fun and instructive.
