GoReminders is a cloud-based multilingual SMS scheduling and appointment reminder service designed for businesses of all sizes. The reminder and confirmation tool can be used to schedule SMS and email reminders to be sent to clients to reduce no-shows and confirm appointments. It includes features such as automatic calendar syncing, customizable reminder texts, recurring appointments, and more.
GoReminders helps ensure that clients respond to reminders and confirm the date and time of their appointments. Clients can reply with a “C” to confirm or with an “R” to reschedule. Responses are automatically updated in the system calendar.
Schedule appointments of any type within the solution by defining appointment type, customer name, service, time, date, duration, and any other relevant information. Recurring appointments can also be set up for regular clients.

• Send appointment reminders to clients in the period leading up to the scheduled meeting. The appointment reminder text can be customized, and multiple templates can be created to meet business needs.
• Allow clients to confirm or reschedule their appointment by responding to the reminder email or SMS. Clients can respond “C,” for example, to confirm their attendance, or “R” if they wish to reschedule.
• Import contacts into the integrated database to schedule appointments and send reminders directly from the system. The autofill search feature aims to simplify contact search from the list.
