ShrinkRapt is an on-premise medical practice management software designed to help health professionals simplify patient planning, billing and insurance. It allows clinics to keep patient records, including information on demographics, medical history and responsible parties. Therapy centers can use ShrinkRapt to keep detailed notes of each session with patients and automatically correct spelling mistakes using a built-in spell checker. It is also integrated with customized billing and insurance forms. Administrators can track patient balances, referral sources or insurance payments and produce customized reports to gain visibility through clinical operations. The application allows supervisors to archive acquired documents, eliminating manual data entry and archiving on paper.

  • Medical record: the patient record contains five pages of information for each patient. How much information you keep depends on you
  • Insurance claims: insurance claims can be printed on paper using the CMS 1500 form or electronically forwarded to the clearing house of your choice.
  • Reports and monitoring: offers management reports to track insurance payments, patient balances, authorizations, referral sources and customized reporting features
  • Scanned documents: scanned documents can be stored in any patient folder eliminating the need for paper files
  • Schedule: the daily sheet is used to create a list of patients seen during the day. When entering a patient’s name, the program automatically searches for and enters the commission, payment and adjustment amounts. You can also edit other information about the visit, such as the CPT code
  • Therapy Notes: enter notes directly into the solution so that they are associated with the patient and visit the entry. A built-in spelling checker is included.
