- Meet your driver: you can follow their arrival on the map. When there are approaching, wait for them at the pick-up location. Make sure you get in the right car with the right driver by matching the license plate, the make and model of the car and the photo of the driver with what is provided in your app. Uber rides can only be requested through the app, so never get into a car if the vehicle or driver does not match the one displayed in your app
- Sit back and relax: on your arrival, payment is easy. Use cash, credit card or Uber Cash balance
- Rate your journey: let people know how your journey went. You can also compliment your driver or add a suggestion in the app.
