InTouch CRM integrates email marketing features in its CRM offer, so you can use it to get two jobs done. InTouch spins this double-feature as a strong selling point, and we have to say it’s a neat idea. Unfortunately, its interface is affected by this attempt to kill two birds with one stone, for some features are not on the foreground and not so easy to reach for a standard user.
InTouch integrates social media management, text messages, calendaring and (as we said) email marketing. So if you have to control all those different things, maybe a single platform to monitor everything could help you.
