CRM should be a way to improve your work, not a chore. Fortunately, CRM solutions like Pipedrive offers you a lot of features without weighing down and become feature-freaks or unusable.

With Pipedrive you will always know the status of your sales pipeline: they deploy a nice graphic view of your contacts, leads and sales, akin to a timeline, which will help your sales team to track their progress. Unfortunately, Pipedrive lacks proper management features, so you have to look at it as a lightweight CRM tool, and it probably works best if you work in a small company, where there’s little to no bureaucracy and its easy-to-use look and feel may actually help your coworkers.

Pipedrive has a very simple pricing structure: you pay only for the people that use the software, that’s it. It integrates with many other services, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for you can create almost whatever you want with Zapier integrations.

Pipedrive can be your software of choice if its visual style can help you finalize your lead, but don’t expect much more.
