GoToMeeting is a web conferencing tool that allows users to host an online meeting with up to 250 participants. Users can share any application on their computer in real time. The solution offers high-definition video conferencing and unlimited meetings with remote attendees. Participants can join a meeting from their Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, or Android device. To start a meeting just click on “Meet Now”; you can also schedule meetings in advance, and create recurring meetings. Attendees can join through the meeting link which can be shared via email or instant message, or by entering a meeting ID. The host can share their entire screen or only a specific application.
