TrackTik is a cloud-based shift scheduling software that combines tools for managing both security operations and back-office activities. The Guarding Suite includes a live dashboard, client portal, reporting features, guard monitoring, trends and analytics, a guard tour system, and a range of surveillance tools. The dashboard allows users to monitor operations in real time, with an activity feed showing clock-ins/outs, checkpoint scans, video footage, reports, inactive mobile users, GPS tracking, daily tasks, and real-time metrics on exceptions, shift closures, and other key data.
Guard locations can be tracked and monitored, with out-of-zone alerts sent in real time via SMS and email. The client portal provides secure access to site information, custom incident analysis reports, recorded video documentation, report history, and real-time site activity. Payroll can be managed through integrations with accounting and payroll systems, including tracking of overtime, holidays, paid time off (PTO), client-specific billing, and different pay cycles.
