Training Program Pro Review

Training Program Pro is an online software and mobile app designed for personal trainers, instructors and sports centers. It can be used to manage client information, workouts, body measurements and more. The software offers a built-in archive of more than 480 exercises. Using 3D video, clients can access exercise images, descriptions, tips and execution errors.
Trainers can create customized training sheets and access ready-made training templates on the platform. Other features include custom branding, user management, workout reports, and more.



  • Enter user: each user, client or subscriber can be registered and managed by filling out a real personal data form, including personal data, address data and other data related to their account, for example the profile picture. It is also possible to fill in training preferences.
  • Users list: at your disposal a complete list of all registered users, clients or subscribers. A practical table with fast shortcuts such as research, edit, view the associated workout plan, view the previously entered measurements or the option print, send or export in different formats the table containing all the registered users.
  • Training card creation: for each user entered, one or more training cards can be created. The cards in addition to having a duration, a goal and a weekly schedule contain the instructor’s technical notes, both generic and specific for each exercise entered.
  • Training card list: each training card entered can be consulted and edited via a practice list that will also allow you to search and view for each user which training cards have been associated. The chronological list of training cards entered can be printed, emailed or exported in various formats.
  • Exercise database: a vast database is available with more than 400 exercises in 3d, free of charge, accompanied by videos and initial and final images of the movement, and involvement of major and secondary muscles. Each exercise is categorized by muscle category (abs, quads, glutes, etc.), by training category (cardio, stretching, etc.) or by performance category (free-body or equipment exercises). Each exercise is accompanied by a description for correct execution and the most frequent mistakes not to make.
  • Create exercise: beside the exercise database available on training program pro, you will have the chance to create new exercise or to customize those existing. Build up your exercise database with images and videos customized by you.
  • Enter and monitor weight and measurements: for each user, client or associate, it will be possible to enter periodically body measurements (chest, hips, thighs, abdomen etc.) and weight, in order to monitor and assess over time the physical improvements of the athletes against the set goals . Tracking your users’ athletic path will simplify coaches and personal trainers activity.
